About the Work
The paintings shown here are created intuitively. I do not begin with a sketch or a fixed image. Each piece develops through layers of paint, adjustment, and response to what begins to appear. Sometimes forms, figures, or spaces emerge naturally during the process rather than being planned.
These works are not meant to have one single meaning. Viewers often see different things, and that is part of the purpose. You are not expected to interpret them “correctly.” Instead, the paintings are meant to be spent time with. What you notice, feel, or remember while looking is a valid part of the work.
Many pieces come from moments of reflection, memory, or emotional processing. Rather than illustrating a specific event, they hold an atmosphere — something familiar but difficult to put into words.

Rather than replicating an image, I interpret your selections through layered paint, movement, and composition to create a finished work that feels natural to your space.
Each painting is built gradually, allowing forms and balance to emerge during the process. The result is a one-of-a-kind piece designed to fit both your environment and the feeling you want the artwork to hold.
